Export errors, frustration and data omissions are par for the course with the app. Every export results in a mysterious error message about export failing due to no internet connection (even when I am connected to wifi in the garage). Even worse data omissions happen at random. Export a year of data and you will find missing trips. Export monthly data and trips that disappeared from the annual will be found, while simultaneously losing trips that were on the annual export. Disappointing. Edited

Latest update has included odometer reading in the export - that's nice! But I find that the app often (usually) will not load in the car (just shows a spinning icon) and exports often have a few days of data missing. Inconsistent data exports if do several exports on the same day even!

A bug was fixed within days of reporting, but weeks later I'm still waiting for the update. Digital problems just aren't a priority for Polestar management it seems. Edited

Keep getting an error when opening the app telling me to try again later. This has been going on for a number of weeks now. This means I cannot download the data either.

It would be a very useful tool if it records all rides. However, it does not, I export it about every month and the export often misses days to sometimes a week of rides so I cannot rely on it as a ride record at all... which makes it kind of pointless.
