In Top-up section, currently, we can save up to five phone numbers. It's a bit so little for me. I want to save more than five phone numbers. Our family has 6 SIM cards in total. So, I need to save every number in order to be convenient when I do top-up because I'm in charge with filling their balance. So, if only we could save more than five numbers, it'd be great.

Annoying Ads, Misleading Features This app is frustrating to use. It preloads full-screen ads that you can’t skip for at least 5 seconds, and they pop up way too often. On top of that, it spams your phone with around 10 promotional notifications every single day. Also, the app claims to support fingerprint and Face ID login, but enabling those options just leads to the same old pattern lock. Misleading and intrusive. Not worth it.

Having the dark mode is great. But app doesn't always work in dark mode. On electricity bill payment page (the detail page when you typed your barcode and searched your meter), the dark mode doesn't work. If the dark mode is on, you can't see what it is written on that page. You can't read a thing. You can only read the meter info while normal/light mode is on. I know that no one pays bills at night but it'd better if everything works with dark mode. So, please check and fix it. Thank you.

Your app is nothing but a trash. I tried to register MANY TIMES. But didn't work!! I also found a few problems while screening test. That's okay. I can still keep going. But in the place of taking photos of ID card, I can't even reach the another stage. Just reach back to the first step. I did tried like that for five time or so. What the hell are you doing with this app?!!!🤬🤬🤬

How is your service? You are not really solving user problems. When will your system upgrade be completed? Your service is still needed. It is not good.
