KBZ connect is not working as the company said in actual. I checked in app & went to the location of ATM which are loaded with full money last two days ago. But when I reached there, ATM is locked & stated "Closed" sign in front of ATM door LoL. That is huge annoy to customers. this application is extremely terrible & useless for customers.

App is never updated. It's is a waste of time and gas. Considering the situation here it is reprehensible that this app is making people risk themselves with unnecessary travel If your atms are unavailable just say so and take some effort to update the info on your app and site. Edited

This app is terrible. When open the app, there is no progress and always showing compas overlay.

What a waste!!! It will only show you wrong information. If u go to the place where they indicate, you just lose ur energy and time!!!!

When app is open, loading time is too long. Everday, This app is not updated. It is inconvenience for customer.
