So, basically you HAVE to pay ( Yes or yes), to use the app. I promise you won't be able to do a single thing without paying 19.99/month or 69.99/year. And if you do pay it, you'll encounter several issues like compatibility, connectivity, and a ridiculous "7 day trial for only **$19.99" **Not refundable, must be paid immediately when selecting "7 day trial", and yes, it is not a free trial. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I paid for this app which said in the disclosure I would have a 7 day trial before it charged my card. LIE. Had this app on my phone for a couple minutes before I deleted it and subscription because it wasn't even compatible with our car when we locked the only set of keys in. Poorly designed to get people to buy the app before they are able to check for compatibility. Google wouldn't even give me a refund. KeyConnect, make it right and give me my $19.99 back!

Really is rubbish like the other 0 star reviews state. I didn't pay obviously, BUT it does offer a listing of which vehicles are supported. Supposedly. After the very true RATE THIS APP as soon as you run the program, select DEMO car. Very last button bottom right is SETTINGS. I can't confirm that's an accurate list, but I know 3 of my 4 vehicles aren't on the list which isn't surprising considering their age.

I'd give this 0 if i could. This app is a scam. It charged me $30 to look to see if our car was even compatible with it, which it isn't!!! The developer DOES NOT respond to email. Buyer beware find a other app!!! I now have to take this to the credit card company. Update: Google play store was useless in resolving this issue and they continue to allow this scam company to charge customers regardless of if they actually get the product. The company itself does not respond to email at all. Edited

Disappointed but impressed. This company has learned how to make $ without even providing service! THAT'S impressive! In my excitement of leasing my Ford, I typed in "fordpass" but this app popped up first, and not knowing what I was looking for, purchased the year subscription. My Ford salesman helped me find the correct app(free). I made a mistake, absolutely 💯 but I never even used the app and contacted support within 24 hrs. Due to their crafty no-refund policy, they can just collect and ✌️
