At first, I liked the app, but while using it, I heard my baby cry. However, when I checked the camera through the app, my baby appeared to be sleeping. Since I still heard a sound, I went to check in person and found that my baby had changed positions but was still asleep on the camera monitor. This makes me wonder—what if I were outside and couldn’t hear my baby crying? I might think everything is fine because, according to the monitor, my baby is still sleeping. I might have to uninstall. This app brings extra stress and frustration to the delicate baby bedtime. I've been using this app around 1.5 years. I must say it's really poor. The technical objective - recording sounds, triggering an alarm if its above a set threshold - is quite trivial and yet they have made it remarkably complex. We have loads of issues pairing and my support Qs for help on that are ignored. It seems to force an update every two weeks, which rarely is smooth. Latest keeps turning on the camera. Why???

Had it 2 days. Paid the $5 after using it for 20 mins. It doesn't work. Constantly disconnects and reconnects. No audio at all regardless of settings. This app doesn't help at all and in Ontario I can't buy a new monitor as quickly as needed cause of lockdown so I'm stuck using apps until my order with my new baby monitor is ready. Waste of $5, and effort honestly. Only good thing is when it does work it's HD. Edited

Just set it up and tried it out. Oh. My. God. This is the most annoying app. Took a while to get everything connected, it kept disconnecting the two devices but once I got them going that wasn't an issue. The real issue is the notifications. It tells you when your baby is awake. Handy right? Nope. Because it notifies you approximately 100 times in a row with non stop ringing and buzzing! And she wasn't awake! Couldn't make this stop.

Hello Hayley, our babysitter makes parents around the world happy. The vast majority of users work without problems and have no problem setting up the app. It is really easy. Just enter the pairing code and that's it. The sensitivity of the microphone can also be easily adjusted to suit your exact device and needs. Have a nice day.

I started using this app a week ago. Picture when there is light is good. Does not work in the dark as far as the video aspect goes. Sound works well, or it did until now. I paid for a year subscription but tonight the timer on the trial period started ticking down. Once time ran out, app stopped working and cant get it running. Keeps crashing after telling me the trial period has expired. I wasted $2. now cant hear my child. Just needed it long enough for new monitor to arrive but no such luck.
