Brilliant app. Loved animation and UI 😊 Kindly add next btn option as well during exercises for skipping purpose. There is lose weight app for women from where you can draw several inspirations. Proper reps & sets can be displayed along as well and this app should be overseen by some doc who is professional in it. Edited

Really i would not like to just say it's an extraordinary app for kids like me to just increase their height but...yeah it is and also after an exercise there is a rest for only 5 seconds just wanna tell to just increase it for atleast 10 seconds so let we can do much better that before✨💫👍☝️or else everything is temporarily wonderful by my side 💗 keep doing guys 👍🔥...... I've downloaded this app before 2 days and feeling fresh and energetic...also the animation is like a WOW I just loved😊 Edited

This app is so great because it has a loveable character that welcomes all ages and it has high quality exercises which help you to grow quickly and easily and it also lets you to choose your own exercises from the app to create your own workouts.
