This is my favorite bingo game by far!! Haven't been playing very long so I cannot assess how quickly issues are responded to. A few times I was disconnected due to an error with the app and was promptly reimbursed my cost of the bingo cards. My ONLY complaint would be losing my bonuses (potuons) for those games as well. I just had my best round ever and lost it all! Frustrating really. Please please compensate for that and I would GLADLY invest cash into the game! Thank you for the experience!! Merry Christmas! Fun & free Bingo game. Several themed rooms to play in, where u can play up to 8 cards! The major draw back is that coins, which u use to buy power ups, & rubies are hard to get, unless u spend real $. Plus, the power ups themselves are pretty expensive! While there are no daubers to buy, each room has a different themed dauber that goes along with the room theme, so that's a little different. All in all one if the more decent Bingo game apps.

I've been playing this for years. Not sure why. Because it's forever to level up. And your daily credits are a joke. I save my credits for almost 2onths to try to win a tournament. Never do !! Came in 3rd once , I saved my credits for three months. .spins r not worth anything. In thears I've never won the highest reward. Edited

I've been playing this bingo game a couple of years. But recently I had to get another phone. So when I transferred everything to my new phone will I didn't do it through goggle like I should have.so when I started to play the game I lost my levels which is OK cuz starting over get more of the games done. I like the graphic, it's a little slow but it works.

This is a cute game but most of the components (power ups, collection items, rubies) can only be obtained by being either extremely lucky or spending money. I installed this game a few weeks ago and I have yet to complete the first collection although I have multiple duplicates of other collection items. There are enough other Bingo apps I don't need to play this one. Edited
