Misleading amounts shown. Yesterday it told me I owed $107 & was passed due (I was not). I made a payment & paid the $2 service fee. Today there is a bill showing $143 minus my $107 payment. Why is it saying we're passed due & have something due when we do not? If is going to show the next month's amount, why is it not showing the correct amount?

Love the ability to monitor energy usage. Add some features like a breakdown of usage such as a category for water, sewer, etc. Thanks for the great, cost effective service you all provide.
