Regrid is a fantastic tool for many things. I originally got it for finding my exact property line which you can easily do without a subscription. The app seems to be fairly accurate when it comes to this. If you want more information on properties then you may want a subscription but they do offer a free 7 day trial so you can figure out if that's something you would want.

2 star. it works but horizontal lines are WAY OFF.. 1 extra star for vertical lines are within a couple/few feet but horizontal lines are like 20+ feet off and make it impossible to find the North+South property edges. perhaps devs and make an adjustment to the grid data so that it's at least 5feet maximum 10ft off. with 6 people looking using regrid - we all decided it's too far off for any actual use... we are all looking for a new app that has better accuracy. horizontally it's AWFUL!!!!!

Great app did exactly what I needed it to which is determining ownership of certain areas near where I hunt. One suggestion,add a couple more layers to the map, satellite view, and a topographical and adding creeks,streams and rivers to basic map would help in identifying more precisely the desired location. new review... same rating ,5 stars, still very satisfied with this app. Regrid has been a staple in my app group since finding it 5 -8 years ago and I highly recommend it to anyone. This is a great app. Ty very much. I had to help locate a missing pet the other day and it came in so handy. I was able to locate the owner of a property with many vacant old buildings and autos that could be serving as shelter for the animal. In turn I was able to find contact info and get permission to search the property. I don't know of another app in which I can see that information. There are other instances when this has been similarly beneficial. Edited

I used to love it when all they gave was plat maps. The properties were easy to pull up by just taping within the property lines, quick to come up, & it gave all the public records info you could only get @ your local county courthouse. Now property lines are not outlined, so you have to poke & hope to just see what property is in your pinned area, it takes multiple taps to get it to do so, & then it gives minimal information. It's just not user friendly & I don't like it, so I'm dumping it.
