App is great and very convenient. Its just missing the feature to be able to save our driver ID and tractor number . Its kind of annoying to re-enter that information in comparison to the flying j app. Im not sure which update disrupted the Mobile pay feature, but I've been seeing the error message. I recently made a complaint about a particular Love's location and ever since then I haven't been able to purchase a shower in the app. When I asked at the Love's register had other people had problems with the app I was told no. So I hope my account hasn't been hacked. Without this problem and that particular location, the app can get 5 stars. I've never had any other issues with the app.

Update 6/15/25 - Using this app is an exercise in frustration. Trying to set up multi-factor authentication and it sends you to a recovery code screen that you must check a box to verify you've saved the code. Guess what? It clears the check immediately after you add it! Excessive warnings ⚠️ This app always assumes you're driving and takes forever to load the main screen. The loyalty program is pretty good though. Standing by the pump waiting for the screen to load the barcode is stupid Love's! Edited

As a truck driver, when I am planning my route and looking for a Love's store that may be many hours away from my location, due to the app not indicating the interstates, highways, roads, etc. makes it very frustrating, aggravating, and time-consuming to figure out what road the Love's store is on. The software needs to, at the very least, indicate the major highways

At this time, the app almost completely doesn't work for me. I just signed up, and I get no deals. no way to add a payment. I just get an error to "something went wrong, try again later." I've deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times as well as used it over wifi. once this is fixed, I'll change my review for sure.
