The hair color is terrific, but I mix two colors according to a stylist's recommendations and my subscription only allows me to choose one color at a time. This forces me to change the color periodically. When I try to change the color, my chosen color doesn't come up as a recommendation, so I have to go to the list of all colors and find it. I have to go through this process every few weeks, which is annoying.

Wow! I'm impressed & will definitely be placing an order. I tried the virtual color. I was absolutely in love w/ Pic! Excellent Results/Recommendation! (Blonde huh? 🤔 Looks good) A little confusing saving pictures. Its odd even 4 tech enthusiast. It doesn't save right away. must click allow & choose where to share aka save. It made me feel happy to see color result! That's not an easy feat especially for app. I can't wait to order! Must have good light 4 good color results! Edited

I love Madison Reed and have been a member for many years. But lately, the app hasn't been working. It's extremely frustrating because something you do on the app you can't do online. Will change the rating once I see a change.

Horrible. first time booking using this app. would not let me select what I booked last time and now I apprently booked the wrong appointment and there is no time to fit me in or even try to. loss of business. I'll happily go elsewhere!

The app used to work well but it has become unusable: it keeps glitching as it tries to force you to allow notifications. I've used it for years and this is another one of those disappointing corporate changes MR suddenly makes without a sound rationale.
