I don't know what they changed on the back end but for months now I've been experiencing constant glitches and errors. I'm constantly getting logged out. If I try to view past purchases to reorder, it says every single item is unavailable at this time. If I try to leave a review, it just says sorry something went wrong. The most recent error was a glitch during check out so I couldn't place and order. Absolutely maddening issues.

Really like browsing everything, and it's smooth to navigate. I'm thankfully not having the log out issues others have been having. my only gripe is that every time I open it, I am asked if I want a sephora credit card. Once a month would be fine, but every time you open, it is way too much.

Love sephora but this app is so glitchy! Kind of surprising, considering they're a large retailer and other similar retailers don't seem to have these issues. I have to sign into this app every single time I use it, and sometimes multiple times per visit. Whenever I click on a notification from my phone's notification screen it signs me out. Based on other reviews it seems like this is a common problem and sephora seems to have zero interest in fixing it, so I guess it is what it is.

there is only a phone number to contact tech support. I don't have time. need email. For months now having major problems with this app. it makes me sign in every time, when I have"keep me signed in" on. then when I try to sign in, the message says I have no Internet connection, when I clearly do. sometimes it just shows the error, login failed! I've complained several times by sending feedback. I see here that other users are having the same issues. I already uninstalled, reinstalled the app. Edited

I was literally correcting my address for the 4th shopping trip with the app, their error, and half my stuff was sold out in that time. 7 original items to 2. I missed yet again several sales. If I had not completed the purchase, they would have taken all my points also. This is a constant hassle with this company. It's getting to be a joke on the app. Maybe there is something to shopping directly from the manufacturers.
