Just installed on my Samsung Galaxy phone. No problems registering and logging in. Quick access to thousands of current titles and their back issues. Nice clean interface but few features have labels so you need to click around a little to discover how to set your preferred language and to download entire magazines. Although I had instant access to read a title online, it took about 2 minutes to download the file for off-line reading. So far, so good.

Installed on my Samsung Tab A, tried to download magazines to read on international flights, not possible! It only offered the option to download the most recent issue, but repeatedly told me "check your internet connection", even though it was obviously working fine since I could access their site and "read" the issue via internet. Could not find any way at all to download prior issues. If you plan to read while connected, this may work for you, but if you want reading material when not on WiFi, forget it. Total waste of time.

The app is great but the magazine text is too small the way the magazine is presented. About 45% of the screen is unused. If the pages better fit the phones screen in portrait, the text would be large enough to read without zooming in. Other than this massive flaw the app seems great👍 Samsung A51 Edited

TEXT SIZE TOO SMALL in ez read. Can't even read it without a magnifying glass. You can get the same magazines in Libby, Flipster, PressReader, etc.... and in those you can actually read the text! Cloud Newsstand is useless, irrelevant, unreadable.

Tried creating an account no confirmations , there are no help options other than changing passwords which also doesn't seem to do anything.
