First, when I click Open on initial installation, the app never loads. Second, like the other reviewers, I originally signed up under the $1 for 6 months. I then received a notice that it would increase to $10.99 which I was fine with. A month later: $20.99. I called and had my subscription reduced to $3.99 a month. THEY NEVER REDUCED IT! Actually, they increased it to $17.99 with no notice. I asked for a refund, unlike the top review, I was told in a broken English accent, "No Refunds!"

DO NOT PAY FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION. I tried to sign up for the 3 months for one dollar deal and they charged me 15 dollars. Just google "how to get passed paywalls on articles". This app is a scam

Signed up for 26 weeks for $1 for electronic delivery. Got charged $10.99 at 12 weeks (no notice). Can't cancel online so I called & I could get a refund ONLY if I agree to sign up again for $1/26 weeks. I did & I was never refunded. Called again, I was told I would get a paper check in the mail for the refund & it would take 4-6 weeks! And my subscription would be canceled. I asked if I will get any emails about this. No, they don't do that. Also, no confirmation number. Never again!

Always a horrible experience. It's never the times that issues these specials. So when you have a question there is no help. It's hard to stop, (unsubscribe) Links never work. I got digital pages only. Can't click on the article THEY email me and read it. Sad worked in publication for decades. This news media has diminished the quality of reporting and its news source horribly.

Too many Ads and Irrelevant stories. Nobody cares that your building a Garage!. Ads jump up right in the middle of you trying to read a story 😒 "Scroll, Scroll, and keep Scrolling! OMG! 😲 When will you get to read the story? You can't read them on FB, because NWI Times wants you to Subscribe (Pay) to read them. It ain't that serious 🙄 I think I better delete this App, before I get billed for downloading it 🤣
