As a consultant, I had hoped that this app would be a good option for my customers to try a new look virtually especially with our physical eyeshadow and cheek color samples being phased out soon. However, with the app constantly crashing I can't in good faith recommend this app to my customers. I'm very tech savvy so I've done all the necessary steps to correct the issue on my end yet the problem is still ongoing. Hopefully, the corporate tech team will fix the app.

Funny looking at first... Until I figured out how to use it. Could use some better movements as far as the jumping back and forth from original face to made over face. I use Mary Kay make up myself as a consultant and I chose some of the makeup that I actually use, for my makeover, let's just say I look way better in it than the app shows. Lol! So be very open-minded while using it. Did make my eyebrows look better. Needs some work but useful non the less. Option to share isn't available... Edited

As a consultant I am devastated to say this ap should be discontinued. It doesn't do the product justice nor the many wonderful faces we serve. Colors not close some dont even show up. Storage can change colors drastically. Touch control slow. Beautiful eyelashes and instant pricing is great. The idea as a whole is fantastic . PLEASE PLEASE dear customers take a mere hour and meet with your consultant or at least ask for samples. I have a pixel android phone. Which is one of the best cameras.

I can't take a picture or upload a photo because the app keeps crashing. It's hard to get behind a company eliminating physical samples and instead pushing virtual try-ons when their technology doesn't support it. I'm using an android fwiw.

app keeps crashing when I try to upload a picture or do one live. I received a pop-up that there's a bug. Will it be fixed soon?
