The catalog is a digital picture. No optical character recognition (OCR) or ability to search for keywords. I expected much more from this app, especially when I can connect to my beloved consultant. Supposedly I can add to my shopping cart, but I click 8 times before it adds, then resets the cart as soon as I add another item (after another 8 clicks). I wanted to order 9 items! Seriously MK, how much $ are you losing your consultants with this app, that over- promises and under-delivers?

It would be nice to be able to zoom in without the app directing you to the website right away. Review Update: I haven't been able to use the app for several months now. It doesn't open, the app opening screen appears and then disappears but the app just doesn't open. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. Edited

Too many app crashes. App won't open. Closes immediately after trying to open it. Ive had the app on previous phones I have owned and it is always the same. It works for a few months after download, then it will all of a sudden start crashing.

Too sensitive when you are zooming in it always goes to the product and sometimes when sending it says it can't send until i find a way to send it 🤪 confusing I know but I literally have to see which contact i can send it too save that link and resend it from another sent message ... I don't why

Its easy to use. As a consultant, it very convenient to use especially when not being able to have the hard copy on hand, but with this app, it is easier to show my customers what is being shown.
