what a time wasting app, it's not even opening. loading loading and loading. even when the app is open, I press on view offers it's still loading loading and loading. what a waste of time. are there script kiddie developers in Saudi Arabia. not a single app works fine here, manafath, nafath, zain, redbull and all others are a time of waste.

Dear Customer Support Team, I am writing to report an issue regarding my recent recharge through the Red Bull Mobile app. I selected a recharge offer that clearly stated I would receive the following benefits 20GB data Unlimited social media access 500 minutes and 500 SMS After completing the recharge successfully, I did not receive the full benefits as promised in the offer. I have already raised this issue several times via the app and also contacted customer care directly. Disappointed👎

very bad signals and network is very bad .suddenly buffering suddenly signals gone my experience is very bad with redbul Sim sir this month I can use next month I will port another network every month 110 SR recharge every time call call center I make complaint say within 48 hours slive the problem say but result is 00000 same facing problem 🙏🙏🙏🙏 this is my good experience in this network Edited

You get what you paid for. Similar to Yaqoot, their prices are significantly cheaper than mainstream telecom companies. But beware that their reception is worse and their support is not helpful at all. The mobile app is buggy, I paid for a new e-sim and have no way of activating it. The support told me login via email, I bought my SIM through the branch and the employee put his email, the support told me it's impossible to change the email tied to my account. So that means my money is gone.

offers are good, but service is disastrous ,net speed sucks and latency issues are super frustrating. can't talk in video calls, nor can you play video games with that. if you complain about it, they send Internet settings 😃
