Psiphon Pro is/was an incredible freeware VPN that honestly has failed me only twice. It sucks to see that it is not available in my region and I have to pay a subscription for it, but I completely understand why they had to do it. Hopefully they can find a fix or stable ground, but I cannot afford to use the app any longer. Thank you, Psiphon, and good luck.

It works generally well, but it gets pretty buggy at times. I tried a lot of vpns and this was the only one that connected at all. However, if I had no service and connected it through wifi, then it would act up anytime I did get service, and then when I lost service avain, it would act up again. It was very tricky and takes a long time to connect at times, if it would connect at all.

I've used this app for 2 years now and it was been free to use for that time until now. Sad to see the financial issue is affecting its freedom and can no longer be used in a couple of regions. Hopefully Psiphon can recover from the issue and as much as I wish to support it, sadly a subscription is out of my ability to do thus the best option is to move on to another application. Thank you for your amazing software.

As of December 5th, 2022, the app is no longer free (in my region). Despite the 100+ million users, I can't say that it is the best (free) VPN app. The ads are intrusive due to the unusual placement of the ✖️ or "close" button which may lead to your account being compromised. Also, there seems to be a VPN leakage in its locations. Overall, it generally does its job. However, security may be a concern upon usage. Edited

Sometimes you have to reset the app to get it working properly. The speeds are pretty much basic and the connection doesn't last long before you have to reset the app. But it helped me alot so I'm greatful for pshipon pro. It saved me for real because I needed wifi to do everything I needed. So I'm greatful for this app!
