Please implement an AND search function and not an EXACT MATCH function. If I search for knee pain, I should get all instances where the 2 words appear even if they are not next to each other. The actual description in the diagnosis would be "Pain in the Right knee" and this would not appear in an EXACT MATCH search. And that would make the search function useless for icd coding. I am using the trial version right now so I dont know how it is implemented in the full version. But I have to know first before I can decide to get the full version. Edited
