I purchased the subscription and went to use it and it kept coming up with an error message saying the app quit working. I just subscribed yesterday and it gave me the error many times after the purchase. I requested a refund within 20 minutes of my purchase and was denied the refund. I can't even use it. Stay far away from this app unless you want to waste $28!

I've been using the app fully for about 2 weeks to help study for the NCLEX. Of all the different apps to help with the NCLEX, I found this one to be the most affordable for the full version and also the easiest to study with. It keeps my attention and I learn so much better with reading the rationales. Update: changed to 5 stars, passed the nclex on the first attempt! Edited

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! There is nothing FREE about this! You can use/see about 1/3 of all of the possible content. Seriously, if you open the Main Contents page, you will see lock, open, lock, lock, open, lock, etc. What is the point? I mean, some people are quite willing to PURCHASE an app. So, IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE MONEY, then SAY SO! But don't LIE to people! I was actually interested in purchasing an app that would help me with the NCLEX-PN exam. This is NOT the one I will buy. It's trickery.

We are sorry to hear you were under the impression this app was free. We have to pay royalties to our publishers thus we have to charge for the app. We do provide some free content to allow our customers to try before they buy.

Not sure why this app won't work anymore. Everytime I try to open it I get an error message stating "this app can't open because it has a bug. Try opening it when the developer creates a fix for this problem." I've paid to have the full access, premium app and now can't use it. Please fix.

When I was able to access the full version of the app it was definitely a great tool to study from. Now I'm unable to access and I paid for the yearly subscription and it's only allowing me to access the free version. I still have until February 2024. Is there a customer service number that I can call?
