Massively overpriced for what is essentially a pdf with quick links put in. It's 75 bucks for full access, which is more expensive than buying the book itself.

Useful. Don't let narcissist medics, however senior, walk all over your rights and health. Respect for authority is earned it's correct theory into practice. If a senior medic demands more than politeness in dialogue, their authority is probably based on fragile masculinity. Great combinations reassurance and thank goodness we aren't now terrified of MAOIs.
