I can't even sign in to this app anymore. They put the sign in option on the botto. where my phone puts the window transer (android), and I can't click on the sign in option. You can't log in on an online version either. If they just moved the sign in option higher they could've made bank off me, but I had to uninstall it because I can't even sign in. Horrible!!!

Hi Tara, sorry for the inconvenience. We have identified a bug in our system, which caused the login issue. The problem has been resolved and a new app update has been released with fixes for this glitch. Once your app has been updated to the latest version, you will be able to log in to your account.

Terrible app. The help and settings icon appear in the tray on android and are not clickable. I cannot access support or see if I'm subscribed to cancel. UPDATED: It looks like they're responsive here but don't fall for it. I sent a screenshot and request for help cancelling to the email as their reply requested and the people that look at those emails don't read. They responded telling me to cancel in the app. They then continued to charge for the subscription. SCAM COMPANY Edited

Do not try this. It will tell you you're eligible for a advance and prompt you to go to the next screen for a "tier" subscription, just for the tier subscription to have nothing to do with an advance. They just want your three dollars, which they won't give back and no matter how many times you look for it, there is absolutely no option to advance.

would give it zero stars if I could. the app is never updated it still shows information from 2 weeks ago. even after I refresh. the customer service is not helpful at all. and half of the wording is cut off and can't read it. this app is ridiculous and I would not waste my time on it. want a good advance app use Empower or Earnin!

Horrible! Takes my money for the tier upgrade. After I had already upgraded. Says I'm eligible to take an advance, but when I try something pops up saying I've exhausted something, but I can't read the rest of it and it disappears. If I'm paid up, both for advance and subscription, and I've waited the "cool off" period, I should be able to get my advance!
