For the most part it works, but I have two repeated sources of frustration with the app. 1) Every few months, typically following an update, the shifts tab competely disappears from teams and the only way to get it back is to reinstall the app. It may not sound like much, but it means having to reset all my preferences and alerts. 2) When sending multiple images, it often fails, even with consistently good cell service.

The most recent update was so unintuitive I couldn't find channels without going to Google, why fix something that isn't broken? Being able to navigate channels is more important to me than all the other quick access functions on the bar at the bottom of the screen. If my job didn't require this app I would delete from all devices and my friends and family's.

I was just changed to the new view this morning and it is awful on the phone. Not a huge deal on the desktop, but on the phone, having my favorites scrollable left to the right on the top is essential. There is nowhere near the same amount of screen real estate on the phone as there is on the desktop. So now I have to collapse the section, which makes it useless to even have. Do you even ask for feedback before forcing these changes on people? Put it back now! Edited

I would like to get a notification when a message is received, open the app, see the message, open it, and reply to it without it being a major life event. I usually get late notifications (or none at all) and then can't open the message because the messages don't refresh without me closing the app, sometimes several times before it will appear. The simplest of tasks should work for a major app. I'd avoid using it at all costs if I wasn't forced to for work.

I previously would have rated this at four stars, but the most recent update is making it intolerable. Removing the pinned chats from the top and putting them in a section called favorites is useless. I used to be able to swipe and find the person I wanted to talk to but now there's another drop down menu. Useless. And requiring to click "See More" is ridiculous. If I want to see more, I'll continue to swipe. Change it back! The app is now intolerable.
