I like this app, but it glitches and will combine and remove words randomly when editing documents. Frustrating. It has done this on three separate android phones and continues to be an issue over several years. Also, so help me, God, put the smart lookup / dictionary feature back on the mobile version if we are not getting access to whatever AI "tool" that is being embedded. It sucks having to switch between apps when the feature was so useful. Edited

usually my go-to word processor, but it's been so garbage lately. other reviews mentioned how it can sometimes merge words and jump the cursor to a completely different section of the doc while writing, and it's extremely annoying. now it's crashing constantly, and the auto-save isn't consistent enough to catch everything. very frustrating trying to do anything when I have to save just about every sentence or risk losing what I've written. I love Microsoft. ..all their products. This app is very user-friendly with a million choices of things you can use. It's a great product. It has many different combinations of packages you can pick from that cover your needs. It has just about everything you will need for using documents, making spreadsheets, using the PowerPoint, it's all so valuable. It's a great product to have.

app keeps crashing when working on documents actually had a document disappear after a crash wasn't in the recycle bin or anything had to hop on desktop open up one drive in browser and search for the document and it only popped up there not in any microsoft apps. After I copied and pasted the document into a new one then all of a sudden the old doc appeared. Do better. Edited

Microsoft Word makes me want to smoke crack. It crashes a dozen times a day, randomly deletes stuff, moves the cursor half a page up and puts your words there. It will autocorrect words into just pure gibberish, making editing more about fighting the software than improvement. The AI tries to homogenize everything and actively works against the creative impulse. Every update adds more features I hate and makes it harder to actually write anything.
