Intuitive to use and clear with its instructions, it seems very accessible for a layperson or EMS, but without having much medical knowledge I can't verify if this is a good practice tool for the average ED nurse or physician. However, performance is poor. Google Play gave no warnings about compatibility with my device, but I was only able to do one case before the app became unusable. The next case either never loads fully, or the screen flickers white at a worryingly rapid speed and freezes.

This is a brilliant app. I'm not a medical student but do love learning about how the human body works, and have found it fascinating and I've learned loads. I've knocked 2 stars off because even though I paid (the cheapest) there are still minimal cases available. This really isn't good enough in a paid app. Only 4 new cases a month? I've cancelled rhe subscription.

Love it! They keep making improvements and it's a great learning tool and/or a way to keep your skills sharp or to even try out theories just to examine the outcome without involving a living pt. I like that it is now more realistic and you can question the AI the same as you would in real life scenarios. There's also CE availability depending on your subscription status! Edited

Best app for real world practice. This type of technology changes a lot, even if it just settles nerves without doing a pretend play and being critiqued in front of your peers. This feels just as real. Having the tabs on the side, and having an attending w options to help, only where you need, by adding a few differentials to eliminate the rest. You can consult a specialist. Super fun and Im not even a medical professional but i should have been. Its a hobby... But i could be a good dr.

I like this app as a platform for case studies. Although, I tried to upgrade to the pro version for additional rationals and there is a permanent error that would allow that to happen. However, the basic version works for what I need. I just wish I had the access to all those pro scenarios! It would be nice if there was similar app/version more geared toward nurses rather than playing the provider. Edited
