Once again the app isn't working. drove from Utah to Nebraska and only half the trip was captured as a drive. You never know when an update will kill this app. Unfortunately my employer still has us using this despite it being hot garbage. Lately I will catalog a few days of drives and not 10 seconds later all the drives reappear as unclassified. only workaround is to do it on a computer on their webpage. Edited

Been trying to get out for a couple weeks and it's so chaotic! It's sometimes books multiple overlapping drives, sometimes it looks drives that never happened, or a books of drive at some crazy time of night that it never occurred. I get notifications from the app, but there's nothing there. And on top of all that the price point is a little insane to me. $20 - $30 sure-- but $90+? I'm just going back to my Google sheets

It's okay, but it needs some tweaking for small-town living. There are too many destinations that I have to correct in the app. Also, sometimes it thinks sitting at a traffic light is a destination, or one place several blocks away would mistakenly be labeled something else, so I'm spending a lot of time correcting in the app.

I love this app and have relied on it to track my business miles for years. But lately, the routes I've driven have all been crazy wrong, showing that I took all kinds of turns and side roads that I didn't drive. Today it added 3 miles to my 7-mile drive with errors in 5 different places. I've checked all my phone settings and everything seems right. I now check every drive, although I can't change anything unless I delete the drive and re-enter a more accurate route. This is inconvenient.

Literally never autostarts drives, their customer service is a joke, they essentially will tell you oh it's something wrong with your device since all the settings are good. Except it happens on every device I've tried (5 different phones) soo yes it's definitely my device 😂 if it's a universal issue.. it's not the device that's the problem, all different manufacturers and different OS's (Android & iPhone).. all of them have the same issue.. which means it's the app that's the problem.
