i can't get it to scan. it keeps on crashing and it froze. reinstalled the app multiple times, it's still crashing. i disabled power saving, still i can't scan. freezing and crashing didn't stop. very disappointed, and this is costing me both time and money. After this later update it has been nothing but trouble. Can not do arrival scan half of the time, the orders will just vanish. Wish you guys could have left alone, it was working just fine. Edited

Where do I begin? So much to dislike about this app that I have to pay for every week. - cannot sort orders on any field (order#, distance, age etc.) - Given the lack of functionality in the app, I'd like to export data and process in a spreadsheet to plan out routes, but no export except closed orders. Also no copy and paste functionality. - to text a customer you have to click the phone link then copy/paste from the phone app to the text app. A link to text would be WAY more useful

Have to use it for work, otherwise I wouldn't bother. It updated a few days ago and is non-functional for half the drivers in our fleet, including me until today for an unknown reason. Orders wouldn't show up, even after uninstalling, reinstalling, refreshing, logging out and in. The scanner feature wouldn't come up. Now that I finally have my orders again it's incredibly slow whenever I select something. So much for bug fixes.

Forcing me to enable my location in app permissions "ALL THE TIME EVEN WHEN NOT IN USE". Why does a work app need to know where I'm at even when not working? App makes me turn on my location which completely drains my battery! With the new update, I go to scan but I have to physically touch the screen so that I could scan, otherwise it doesn't scan anything. Very unsatisfied with this app. Too bad I have to use it for work, otherwise it would've been off my phone a long time ago.. Edited

I was prompted to update this app about a month or so ago n I wish I wouldn't have. I only use this app for my job n I use a scanner with it for the products I have for the day. Whenever my scanner "goes to sleep" the app kicks me out of where I'm at n goes back to a different page. This happens ALL day long. I've stopped using my scanner bc this pisses me off so now i use my phone to scan which takes a long time compared to my scanner. The app also crashes many time PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP Edited
