I'm completely surprised...! Why should I wait for a confirmation or an activation of subscription after subscribing to the digital subscription? After the payment, the subscription starts immediately but to get it activated from you, I have to wait for 48 hours? Now I understand all the single star comments are true. So I'll add one more. Business line content is great. That's why I have a print subscription. But wanting to get a digital subscription was a mistake. Edited

This might be the only newspaper app in this country which completely removes the colour when dark mode is turned on! Who even came up with this absurd idea? Dark doesn't mean Black and White. I encourage the developers to use the Business Standard app's dark mode for a while and make necessary changes to your otherwise stupendous app.

Repeatedly prompts to relogin or doesn't open the day's newspaper or auto closes Same issue with TheHindu app also Extremely annoying. But if at all it opens then it works fine. There is something seriously broken in the manner in which this app does authentication and checks for subscription. Please fix that.
