The app is alright in general. It gets the job done, being able to see your points and buy things easily. The UI is not too great, and is sometimes difficult to read for me, since my school has a lot of store categories set up, and it is sometimes counter-intuitive. The app does also seem a bit suspicious to me, and might have spyware, but that might just be me.

PBIS Rewards is a good app and all but when i signed out of my account and tried to log back in, it wouldnt let me. Instead, it would bring me to the beginning screen over and over again. The only account that would work is the one i dont even use for school. Another thing is it dosent even scan QR codes that are put around the halls in schools. Instead, they are invalid even when they change the QR codes very often. This app would of been amazing if it didnt have those issues with it.

I hate the Mobile App. it's so unreliable, I can't even log in with Google.

It one time said I didn't exist in my school. It was fixed after a bit but it did this to me and my friend on both school computers and the mobile app. But like the app works fine I guess. The only other thing is teachers can give you PBIS points on days that haven't happened yet. Like my other friend got 5 points from a teacher it said on a day 2 weeks from then. Edited

Today I tried logging on to the app to check my points then I got an error message saying, "Student doesn't exist in this school?" I tried unistalling and reinstalling the app but it didn't work. It worked like normal when it took me to the website and I logged on the website when i reinstalled the app but then I pressed the button to log in on the mobile app it didn't work, it gave me the same error message. I don't know why this happened. Please try to fix this issue as soon as possible.
