The app is fine when it works. It is extremely frustrating that it lost all four of my students during the most recent update. It's hard to contact all the teachers and get replacement codes. There should be someway to save the login and prevent this. The app doesn't even have an easy way to contact tech support if the gets lost like this. Edited

The app has kicked me out and is now asking for a code again in order to read the messages from teachers, but I still get notifications but can't access them in the app.. this is really frustrating due to the important updates the school is sending out I can't access them. And that's the only way they communicate..

Great features are already built in, but I'd really like to see the app have a settings section where I can turn on notifications. This way, I get notified when my child earns points, messages are sent, or events are posted/ event reminders. It's too easy to forget to open the app and check.

I'm having problems with the app. I finally got my sons teacher to show up, but now it's not sending me any notifications when the teacher messages me and it used to. It's frustrating when I miss messages, especially when it concerns his health.
