I had high hopes for Amazon Business, but my experience has been disappointing. The selection is often limited compared to personal accounts, and I've encountered multiple issues with order fulfillment and shipping delays. Customer service has been unhelpful; it takes forever to get a response, and when I do, it feels like they don't have the information I need. Additionally, the pricing isn't always competitive.

Constant garbage lately. Images past the second or third don't load, and the status bar for battery, notifications ect... is stuck white soni can't see my time or any other phone status while in the app. I would say I expected better, but it's Amazon. at this point, having expectations is my own fault, and a guaranteed disappointment. much like the company itself at times...

The original version of this app that I downloaded in 2021 was great.. but unfortunately after the more recent updates it's completely useless. I cannot access my account functions or see previous orders. I have to log on to a PC to get things done 😭 why couldn't they just leave it alone? It worked perfectly fine before they called themselves updating it 👎🏾

it is great for buying. i use a few other apps first. I go to depending on cost and availability. I do like that I can get shipped faster then Etsy. I don't prefer it for my sales yet. I can generally find most of what i need to create for my small business or anything I want to do. I save money with prime and quick delivery. I just have not chosen for selling because other apps have content creation. it isn't as appealing yet as I am a very small business that makes to order handmade

It doesn't make sense that I can't view po numbers on orders in the amazon business app. When our account has multiple users and I want to see what an order was placed for, I have to go to a desktop mode website. When I click an order to see order details in the app or mobile page, the po isn't included in the order details. This seems basic. Come on Amazon.
