Terrible app, hardly ever works, usually take 3 minutes just to get to my appointments. Updates do absolutely nothing, half the time customers dont even get my notes, the only useful thing added was the payment portal. Other than that, nothing works as well as it should or at all

have to restart the app constantly as it stops working after it goes into stand-by for 15 minutes or so. very buggy app. but when it works its fine theres another issue where once in a while the gps button doesn't work. Edited

Lags souch and not very visually easy on calendar. Doesn't work through all parts of system we need to use quickly while in the field

It is an awesome app and platform that is always online providing my techs with the insights and job managing actions they need using the productive tools built in. I love how it allows me to monitor my reps in real time!
