Several attempts to get service using the app aside from the auto response email and a lot of advertising and marketing emails. Not one was in response to the service I requested. No human contacted me. So I had to call a few different numbers to get a call back from the Grounds Guys, who called left a voicemail. So now playing phone tag. Why I prefer booking online or w app that works. When I do get a hold of the guy I'll have to repeat everything I included in the app. So app is useles. Edited

Absolutely waste of time. All it does is try to open, over and over, block my login and block my biometrics. I've reinstalled 3 times with no change. I'm allowing all of the listed permissions. Too bad my plumber wants me to use it, cause I cant

Not a single feature of this app works except for sending an appointment request. Tracking appointments is broken and doesn't show me any past or upcoming jobs. Can't even add my email address or phone number. Edited

I'm always told to track where my the contractor is. Through this app and it ever works, they always send me a link there to click here and when I do it takes me to the neighborly app. But there's nothing there. In my opinion, I need this fix their app.

Ah-Mazing. This app couldn't be more helpful in finding LOCAL, professional companies. As a bonus they all work together to do just about anything you'd need help eith in or around your home.
