The game is just a series of tutorials. Every mission you complete unlocks a new thing, which immediately forces you into a tutorial about that thing, which completes the mission for doing the new thing and unlocks something else for you to be forced into a tutorial for. I don't even know what the actual game is like because 90% of the time is spent following mandatory tutorials.

It is very clear that this game is designed to extract as much money from its users as possible. It has all of the tropes of a predatory gacha. Tons of different currencies, layers of awakenings and masteries, loads of "deals" as you level up, ridiculous rolls for weapons and companions, and a pay to win system meant to bait whales (see wangblade). I can't say I expected anything different from Nexon but I was hopeful that it would at least enjoyable.

After playing this game for about 2 months I am beginning to realize that it is not just pay to win, but pay to play. In the beginning of the game you progress quickly without paying a dime. Then around level 50, it starts to slow down, and there is less progression between daily resets. And now at level 80, I find myself only looking forward to weekly resets for decent progression... This game is Pay to Play and Pay MORE to win. Lots of whales swiping left and right. Nostalgia is nice tho. Edited

Would not recommend. It was cute and nostalgic for a bit. The start had a nice amount of content, but that quickly falls off and the game model is extremely predatory for your wallet. The class you pick at the beginning matters a ton. For a game that discourages multiple characters, they sure didn't balance the classes for the content. Mages and Shadower are awful all the content where extra resources are gated behind. Edited

I have never seen an app lag and crash as much as this one does. Not sure if it's because my phone is a few years old, or just bad coding... But, wow. Was fine during levels 1 to about 20 after that. Until then the game play loop is alright. Though, there area lot of adds for various things, and various aggressive "buy power with money" pop ups. If you are weak to these kinds of aggressive money tactics, stay away.
