App will not download in bg despite saying otherwise, so had to sit on the download the whole time, or progress is reset. It's not my connection as it works fine w/ all other games. Picking a class as a newbie is very chaotic as theres so many w/ little description of what each do. Game is full auto. Not a problem, but still bombarded w/ cutscenes, popups, which make it near impossible to focus on other tasks. Autokicked in my own party too w/ no way to turn off, hard to play w/ friends. Edited

Like many others, I want to love this game, but it's a chaotic mess. There's too many popups, useless information everywhere, it's completely unimmersive because it plays itself (auto-battle), there's too many classes which lack identity, you get teleported everywhere which kills exploration, it discourages teamwork, and it's p2w. - This game carried the aesthetics and audio over while ripping the soul out... just like desktop. Is cosmetic NX and teamwork NOT PROFITABLE? If so, I understand. Edited

I really do like this game. It has all the nostalgia of Maplestory PC with an interesting mobile format. Unfortunately, I have not been able to log in for over two days now because bots have taken over the servers. This has been an ongoing problem, and the only "solution" offered so far was a restriction on trade that affected honest players more than bots. I really want to continue playing, but this game has become unplayable. Until the issue with the servers is solved I literally can't play. Edited

HELP! I've sent several reports and bug reports and have not gotten any reply back! I'm having a bug problem where I lose attack everytime I level! This is starting to get very serious. I've contacted the pages several times both Facebook and the actual support. I keep losing attack constantly every level and its starting to bother me alot Edited

I am not a fan of the controls. It's very automated to the point that you do not have to read the story. It IS optional to have the fight auto for you, but given the wide attacks and amount of drops, its easier to have it auto. I also had to install a relatively large file size to update the game. The cutscene did not even load properly. None of the character choices are explained well either and seem to be more aesthetic than different play styles. There's too much in the UI for me.
