I have had a great experience with this app. it has been easy to post setlists and connect with team members. One request: can you create a search within the calendar? I need to be able to search a previously posted song from an "event" to figure out when it was last sung by whom in what key but I am unable to search for the song titles I know were posted in event descriptions. Thanks!!

This app is NOT user friendly at all. This basketball season is my first time using BAND, and it is always hard to find what you are looking for. Over the past 7 years, I have used several other apps for teams and they are all much easier to use. Those apps have a very small learning curve as compared to the BAND app. The parents on the team have asked about switching apps mid season. I have coached several times, and this would NOT be the app I would choose for my team. Edited

Edit: 2 years later, still can't turn off or customize calendar alerts. Oh, and P.S. to Product... hyperlinks aren't clickable from your responses. OG: You guys have GOT to create a preference center for notifications. I absolutely do not want or need calendar alerts for every single event. Please, please prioritize this part of the user experience. 🙏 Edited

UX is getting noticeably worse. When I first downloaded this app, everything I needed was in easy reach. Now critical things, such as keeping an eye on the event calendar and looking for attachments posted in the band group is a difficult ordeal. I am getting a pretty strong hint that this app is about to enter the enshittification phase. The only good thing about this app is at least I get promptly notified when my band members posts something.

Worst user experience ever! The navigation of this app is so unnecessarily convoluted that it makes me want to gauge my eyes out. You get a notification for a message, you tap and you go see it. If you decide to try to find it later, good luck! There are a bazillion places where it could've been. Navigation is at the top. Unless it's at the bottom. But wait, it's actually in the middle, too. Chats can be all over the place. Was it posted on a home page of a band? A signup? Gaaaaah!!!!!!!!
