doesn't find simple addresses in Korea even though Google maps finds them fine, the navigation by car is buggy, even with all audio and warning settings turned off, the woman won't shut up, every 3 seconds she says something, it is unbearable. I'll be using Mapy instead to drive In Korea, for every other country use Google maps.

Only good option for Korea and it sucks. Sure it will help you get to your destination and works well in when the trains and sometimes buses will arrive. Calculating the cost for each public transportation works good also. But if you navigate out of your starting point and will not update the route. A lot of times it throws you way outside where you are located. Searching for specific things completely sucks.

Ok, after using it for a few days, the app is great for providing direction using public transportation.. very accuratem However not everything appears in English, even though tou change the language to English. Also, I'm assuming bc it lacks the capability to look for things in English, it doesn't do a good job finding things so I look for them on Google maps and then enter the address. Also, when you enter the address, add name, number without the district and/or country. Naver won't find it. Edited

Decent app, horrible experience. When trying to sign up, I used my US number (I'm traveling) but it blocks sign up because my IP address is in Korea. I'm traveling! I fixed this by using a VPN, but then the verification code doesn't arrive. I tried several times. Hours later I receive all the codes. I try again and sign up successfully. Then my account is immediately suspended. This is super frustrating. I'm traveling. Naver doesn't seem to support that use case. Edited

Great navigation app for Koreans. Horrendous public transportation options for non-Koreans. This app doesn't give the optimal route when you need to catch the next train or bus. They give you the following train or bus, which adds between 5-10 minutes to your expected arrival time. It's also ironic they tell you the best car to enter for fast transfer but they don't tell you which platform to take. My bad experience makes me wish Google Maps was a thing in Korea
