The visual demonstrations are great and you can control the speed, stop and start, and vary the viewing angle. Very nice for improving your knotting techniques. the app allows you to rotate the knots and go through the various ways to tie them at your speed. you can stop in the middle of the process to make sure you're tying properly. 10/10. worth the money if you either like knots for the fun..or need to keep your skills sharp to save lives.

Extremely useful app. Knots for every need. Easy to follow animations with 360 views, which helps with the tying and finish. It's also educational, teaches the purpose of the knot (practicality), the original purpose, and references other variations. Can't recommend enough. You don't need to be an explorer or stunt guy to find use for the app. I'm an average IT guy who needs to tie stuff (tarp, hammock, hang stuff, lift things.)

This is by far the best Knots teaching/demonstration app I have seen. I have tried lots of them and this one is worth every penny. I have used it for several years. Dont waste your time with the sad free ones out there. The animations are great and you can rotate the view and rock it back and forth to really see and understand whats happening.

This is one of the few essential apps I have on my phone. I have this open every time I'm messing with rope, line, or even string (midshipman's hitch: great for hanging plants from old pulleys on the ceiling, as it turns out!). They're consistently adding new content, the speed of the animation can be changed, the animations are clear and accurate, and the convenience of an app is all I could ask for something so fascinating and important. Better than looking up knots every time online for sure!
