Recent update removed the ability to control the app from the notification shade and lock screen, for that reason I downgraded my review from 5 star to 3. Now it won't load any stations, it just buffers. Have cleared cache, reinstalled but problem persists. Used this app for years and loved it. There is no explanation of what the update was addressing, but now the app no longer works. 1 star. Uninstalling. Edited

Four stars for effort, but I cannot seem to get several of the stations to load? Even with full wi-fi connection. Maybe the stations weren't transmitting? I don't know, I just think it is very cool to have access to shortwave without having to pay an arm and a leg for a vintage radio!

This has been my favourite radio app for years, but the version 4 released 3 September is awful and lacks lots of features present in the previous version. Sad to see what was once a great app being ruined overnight. Switched to Audials as this version is not practical to use.

Easy to use and doesn't use lots of data when playing radio stations. I also like the dark mode and sleep features. Edited
