This app is exceptionally good but it need few security update and need more fertility like buying some data bundle from the app that are available in the short code service like Yo! bundle, kola and more. It will be nice if i can be able to use the app for all purposes without worried about the stress of using the short codes. Edited

Terrible experience. The app suddenly won't let me login saying it's not available in my country. Yet I'm in Cote d’Ivoire which is in the list provided. Also, for close to 2 years I simply cannot pay my CIE bill and agents in branches cannot help either. They might be better of giving us back the bank transfer option on USSD.

Since I downloaded the latest version I can't connect properly to the server. I run the diagnostic tool, everything is fine except for its connexion to the server. please fix this problem. My network is 100% fine, Since I can use all my other apps as usual without any problems

The service is useful and efficient, but the app is not optimized. The system of fingerprints does not work correctly on my phone. It would be great if the app match the interface of Max It too. Thanks! Edited

Better have country specific applications that can be used everywhere. This application doesn't give you the possibility to introduce your country phone number. It directly forces you to use a local phone number. It becomes useless in such conditions, as you can not use your account when you are in roaming.
