I'm on travel so I purchased and currently am using an Orange physical sim. Although the service itself (call/text/internet) is great, I'm rating this app as 1 star. This app does NOT provide information on how much data I've used, how much days are left,etc. I don't want to top off too early in fear of losing whatever data/minutes/sms I have left and at the same time don't want to top up too late and be stuck with no communication. Little to no info on this app, and it's the same on the website

Unable to top up orange holiday plan. App tries to get me to sign up for a new plan. The Data section under Account->MyEsim is unreadable. Only the bottom 1/3 of text is viewable. The process to register a sim by the web page is horrible. If anything goes wrong you must start over. It took me 3x. This should be in the app so that data can be saved. Orange cellular didn't work at all in the Dolomites (or southeast Sicily)..so if you are planning on going to the 2026 Olympics, look elsewhere Edited

App design is terrible if you are trying to top up. Instead of giving you the choice to top up current SIM you get a list of 400 different SIMs to choose from. not even a search function... just awful

a little disappointed getting sporadic signal in Amsterdam and no signal in Split, Croatia and Kotor, Montenegro. Weak signal in Pompeii, Italy, Other than that, other areas in Italy getting fairly good signals and Mobile Hotspot working great.

I ordered a physical Sim card 100gb, but received only 70gb, be aware of this company - scam. When contacted customer service, they are claiming that this is a missed print. Edited
