Awful app! It works maybe half the time! No support! When I first got the app, it worked. I paid the extra money. All was well. However, now my bank account is constantly getting unlinked, there's no notification about it, and I don't get payments on time. I've contacted support, and they basically told me that's the way it is. This app is completely frustrating. Do not bother paying the extra money!! Edited

Very difficult to log in. I have to first be told my password is incorrect. Then go through several steps to send a forgot password. Only to receive an email that will not let me change my password but using the email link is the only way to bring up my saved password. I am unable to add any parenting time to the calendar because we don't follow any of the apps options. Week on week off is not listed. Also can't start visitation weeks on other days. The suggestions do not work. Useless! Edited

i used this, paid, for several years. i don't really see any benefit over texting and regular calendar sharing that's available for free in other apps. i thought it was designed to hold an abusive partner accountable for their abusive language, but it doesn't really help with that at all. it's a file locker for family documents, calendar, call app, and messaging, rolled into one, that you pay a subscription for. takes advantage of people in a vulnerable state. shame. A recent update makes the app very difficult to use. sometimes it won't open and you have to keep trying for 10 minutes. Hyper links in messages can no longer be clicked on. Even worse, you can no longer copy the link into a browser. You must manually type the link from a message into your browser. Unfortunately this is considered the best app for this particular market. I hope another developer comes along and recognizes the market opportunity to make a competing app.

Best customer service I've ever experienced, anywhere. My email inquiries are answered almost instantaneously. Outstanding support for veterans experiencing divorce. I'm shocked to read reviews stating that this app crashed regularly for some users. I've never experienced crashes once, in two years of regular use. I'm an Android user.
