PayPal as a whole is good, all the new interfaces are absolutely horrible. Everything you need is hidden under extra menus. Everything you need to do is more clicks, more steps, more time. I just needed to reference an invoice number, its not in the list of transactions, its not even the transaction detail, you have to click a 3rd thing and open the invoice just to see what the invoice number was. Making an invoice on the web interface is painfull now. I'm dredding the day they force the new way

The app is actually decent and works pretty well. However, it literally drives me insane when developers think it's ok to prevent someone from taking screenshots (rather than making it a choice). I occasionally need to show someone an error in an email address or even proof of payment. It DOES NOT SERVE ME for you to prevent that from happening, forcing me to use the web interface. THIS SHOULD BE MY DECISION, NOT YOURS. My phone is unshared, why is this a big deal to allow?

In order to use the app, you have to dismiss a credit card offer, debit card offer, cryptocurrency trading account, coupon and offers screen, and receive unsolicited scam invoices that you cannot block. It's no mystery why all your friends tell you to Venmo, Cash App, or risk it with Zelle before mentioning PayPal. Unfortunately, it's probably a matter of time before the cancer spreads to Venmo. I don't know why!!!! But sometimes paypal won't let me transfer money from my debit to paypal balance. 10 minutes later, or it could be a whole day later! It's very annoying! The message would tell me we are having trouble with the transaction, try it with a different card... well, my card is just fine, and I have I money in my account. Paypal is the only thing I can use on my tap and go Google pay when I forget my debit card at home. And I don't like the 2 steps to verify Edited

Stop changing the app every month! I am tired of trying to find where things are moved. Just trying to transfer balance to a debut card, can't even find where to do that anymore. Thought I found it with the debit card transfer but when I get to the end it tells me "trying to send to a linked debit card, go to [wallet] and transfer instead to save on fees" and when I click the link... THERE'S NO OPTION TO DO THAT! So I waste half an hour, have to use the mobile website instead. 0/10
