Super Embarrassing for Paypal, which is basically a tech company, but.... The app has been crashing on my phone now for the last 3 months. I can literally open it up, I see a spinning wheel and part of my screen and then it crashes. I assumed it would be fixed at some point but it hasn't been. 3 months is a long time for a tech company to ignore the fact that this isn't working correctly. I'm currently using the latest Google pixel and I've done all the updates but nothing seems to work. 👎

Every time I try to login instead of my balance pulling up it just spins and spins and spins and then shuts down and then I tap on the app icon again to reopen it and it still spinning or maybe it's just a blank black page... this app is completely useless and needs to be revamped. come on PayPal, you're way better than this and I know that you have access to superior IT program developers, time to tap into their services and get this mess fixed. this is messing with businesses.

I used to love working with this app but now I can't send or save invoices. It's been like this for months. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still can't send. It's such a waste of time to compose an invoice but not be able to send or at least save it to work on it through the computer. I have to do all of my invoices on my computer which is a big inconvenience.

The only reason I'm giving it stars is that the app consistently stops, closes, crashes, or completely restarts. I've updated the app, deleted and reinstalled it, and even cleared the memory, but nothing seems to work. Whenever I click on the business matter card link, info, or anything outside of the initial app, it crashes. I can't figure out why for the life of me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I like paypal because it's quick and convenient. Setting up my business account was hassle free, within minutes, I am able to send professional invoices to my customers. My main gripes are: Sometimes when I try to create an invoice it gets stuck on the "add" page. I have to completely restart my phone, sometimes more than once! Also, sometimes it takes a while for paypal to actually send the invoices. Another thing I don't like is I recently had a customer request a refund. Even AFTER the issue was resolved, paypal put a hold on my account. 😡 What is the point of holding my account AFTER an issue has been resolved? Anyone can claim they didn't receive something, and anyone can request a refund. If the customer recants their claim, then there shouldn't be a hold placed on the seller's account. Claiming the reason for the hold is to "prevent" POSSIBLE future incidents is absolutely absurd! You can't prevent someone from requesting a refund in the future. That's ridiculous! Edited
