1. Compatible with Backbone controller. 2. Runs full screen when phone is docked and running Samsung DeX (legit!) 3. Optional PlayStation button prompts (win) My only minor complaint is when playing the game on my phone's screen/aspect ratio, I have the vertical bars on the sides with the static character art. I wish we could either get the game full screen regardless of aspect ratio OR make black bars an option. I don't want to burn in my OLED screen. (that would earn the 5th star)

Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove or change the strips on the side of the screen because they are necessary to adapt the game to your device's resolution.

Absolutely amazing. Has SoR1-3 as unlockable characters. It has all the old charms and more. Mr. X DLC is absolutely worth it. Brings more combo possibilities and old enemies back to life. What is even more amazing is it is even playable OFFLINE. Great time killer if you are on a long flight. I also notice the game is very efficient and does not drain the battery much. Kudos to the development team. Dotemu has all the right and praise for this. You are doing game development right. Edited

For fans of the SOR franchise, this game certainly holds its own. The visuals are appealing (especially Blaze), the music is excellent, and the gameplay is as exciting as ever. If I had any complaint, it would be that having to unlock everything, is tedious. Like yeah, its fun to play, but not gonna lie, I'd rather just have a cheat menu to unlock everything so I can just have fun, rather than screw around with slowly leveling up each character to unlock stuff.

I grew up playing streets of rage 1 and 2. This one didn't disappoint. I especially loved the art style and the new characters. The music is amazing and the "retro" stuff is pretty cool. It's not necessary, but it's a great bonus. It runs a bit slow sometimes, but that probably happens because of my system. Amazing game overall, and I can't wait to try the DLC. I'd be willing to get more of this series.

For me, Streets of Rage 4 raised the bar for the Beat em Up genre as a whole, with its extremely responsive controls, Combo potential, and the arsenal given to each character, which unlike many games in the genre, SOR 4 manages to make every one of them feel extremely unique. Touch controls are EXCELLENT. Music is amazing. Graphics are state of three art. I know theres like 20 characters, but It would've been beyond perfect if Skate, Dr.Zan, and Roo had been included with modern sprites too. Edited
