Paid extra for a flexible flight and I couldn't change it even with 36+hrs ahead of it. It didn't work from neither the app nor the website. Spoke with 3 agents on the phone. They said my case will be reviewed within 96hrs. It's been 98 hrs now, my flight already departed and still nothing from them. This is a review of both the app and the company. Don't use them if you can avoid it. Their support services are as cheap as their prices.

I chose basic seats, the app then offered an upgrade package including better seats, I paid for the upgrade and selected better seats. When I got my ticket email I saw I still had the basic seats. I couldn't change the seats in the app. I tried the bot and then chatted to customer services. They refused to change the seats even though they acknowledged the better seats were included in my package. I have cancelled the flights. Awful app and the customer service is worse. Edited

app full of bugs, horrible to buy a ticket. had to use an external website to buy a ticket. then when I wanted to check in again same bugs, can't complete Check in process , taken the payment money for seats twice but never gave it ,,, will have to make a claim dispute with the bank to get the money back l.

you have to repeat the entry of PNR every time you want your tickets to show up. it doesn't hold your data before your travel time. every time you come back you have to do that new search with the new PNR. cant see my ticket receipt (invoice) either. old and havey to run. its not user friendly app. even after sending your confirmation code the app doesn't hold your ticket or keep them for you. just useless. The website and the app are not aligned. Payment currencies available are different. Passenger / Frequent Flyer details are not totally the same. There is no option to choose different ticket package for different passenger. WhatsApp channel is always out of order. Edited
