Very practical to have, very nice, had mostly great experience with it. But i do have one complaint, there happened couple of times when i was using FlexParken that app lost connection and would not connect again for a while (other apps working fine in same time, so its not problem with my internet), resulting in higher bill. For example once i paid 5€ for 1hour 15min park because app kept saying that theres no connection so i could not stop the timer.

Easy enough to use, but it took a little time to translate basic things as I was unfamiliar. I think the UI and organization is great, Im only giving 4 stars because theres no option to change the language preferences. For an international city, seems like an easy enough thing to do, especially when its not a complicated service. Having traveled in other countries and used similar apps, this was still the most intuitive even with a marginal language bartier.

The application is available in German only. When registering (why is registration even mandatory to pay for parking?) you need to indicate a lot of personal information, It takes a lot of time to just start using the application. Why these unnecessary movements at all? Guys, I just want to conveniently pay for parking and forget about it!

Super practical, you don't need to have spare change in your wallet or car or look wher is the automat thing to get the ticket, and you pay for exactly the time you park. Sometimes you thing you will need one hour to do something and after 30 minutes you are done, that's what you pay and if you need longer, the same. it takes a bit to set up but once done it's just 2 clicks and that's it. I was skeptical but is a really good idea.
