So frustrating. We (struggle to) use Q to keep our child from distracting websites during school and homework on Mac. But Q's website logging & blocking is very unreliable. Ex: today it just stopped logging or blocking twitch.tv. And sometimes it just stops altogether for days without alerting me. Support's typical answer is to reinstall Q to make sure it's on the latest version, but there's no way to see if it's already on the latest version. (And we're on the max subscription fee!) Edited

Have been reaching out for help & not getting any responses. The app locked me out of my child's phone & had to do a hard restart which resulted in a new,set up on everything. I was working through these issues during the 3-day trial but then was locked out of the application due to not becoming a member. I became a member & only saw that there was 1yr available & not 1 month. I was hopeful that all these issues would be able to be resolved. Now no one will get back to me regarding refund!

The location feature is really buggy. I'll get alerts that my child has left home and gone to x place and then they've left there and come home and they are home the entire time. If you want a reliable tracker, I'd recommend something else. Features like blocking a kid out of certain programs, setting app time limits, routines, checking what they've been searching for do work, and Qustodio does send alerts if your child has searched for dangerous content, but anything can be defined as such.

Just as bad as Family Link. 5. Hours! It's been almost FIVE HOURS of fighting with the phone and this app and it STILL doesn't work. 5. HOURS!!! I looked up, searched, and done all the things just to find it was pointless. The messaging and call monitoring won't work. Yes, I downloaded the full version. Yes, all the settings are done. Yes, I gone over everything. Glad I didn't spend money on this.

This app has the bones to be the best! however, it wants you to install updates and then when you do it will continuously flash the "this is blocked" screen and not let anything be accessed on your child's phone. you can't even get in to install the app!! it will often times stop allowing you to access features that you pay for like the calls and texts monitoring. there is ZERO tech support. ugh! so frustrating. going to have to look for another option.
