Today it randomly started blocking anything in any app that pops up in front of the rest of the screen. So like 80% of app menus, causing the apps to force close. Please let us turn off blocking we don't want! Appreciate the warning when unblocking could open up ways to get around the app. But let parents choose to accept that risk. Especially when the blocking makes 80% of apps unusable. If it makes the device unusable then you end up with no blocking which is a much bigger security threat.

As a parent, I was loving this app so much. However, I'm not happy that after my Samsung tablet updated to UI 7, Quatodio stopped working. I tried to uninstall, then reinstall, but to no avail. Essentially I'm stuck at the Accessibility permission page. I tried to reset Accessibility to no avail. Disturbing that Qustodio doesn't have support via phone. I emailed and I need to wait 1-2 days.

As others have reported, it just stops working; uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Never any indication that it's synchronizing with the cloud management system, so I don't know whether the problem is on the parental units to the cloud, or from the cloud to the Qustodio app, though I suspect the latter. Never did work well for SMS monitoring: only about 1/3 of the texts show up, and some users are never shown. Time limits did work at one point, but now they've stopped. Contacted support: they said reinstall. I did. No change. Pretty much useless for any real monitoring. Look elsewhere. Android 5.1.1 on an LG Zone 3 VS425. Edited

This app is terrible. First of all, it's way too costly, second, I'm 99% sure it steals your information, and third, it doesn't even work right. One thing that I especially dislike is the fact that I can't have my Netflix popped out in a window since it doesn't show that the app is active if you pop out a window. I understand why it's programmed like that, but it's annoying. Plus, there's an easy way to get on apps even with no time. It's on YouTube, kids. I would give this 0 stars if possible. Edited

qustodio is basically a tamed virus. it took over my phone and it has caused unwanted battery usage. the settings screen is completely blocked and i am 99% sure it is interfering with my Bluetooth connection. BUT... there is hope, i found a glitch that lets me completely bypass qustodio. unfortunately, i can't tell you that because i don't want to risk it getting patched, also, it records fake app usage,( for me around 12-4 am) and backround usage, so you get far from accurate time on a app Edited

Hello,
We understand it's frustrating to have your internet access monitored, but your parents have chosen Qustodio with your best interests at heart. We suggest families decide together on healthy limits. Why not try having a chat about the restrictions & maybe you'll find a solution comfortable for everyone.
Good Luck!
