What's the point of this app? It's faster to go to their website as the app is insanely slow to load. The content on the app is hours old. You can find more up to date and more accurate information on their website. Their website is a better option all around. Not sure what changes they have made lately, but it (this app) REALLY has gone down hill. It's pointless if you want up to date information. It has failed me several times over the last few weeks compared to a 10 second Google search.

Videos play silently unless you click on them. Then they start playing an ad you have to watch to be able to have audio. Also, I can never find the articles that I click on in my notifications from this app. If I get a notification from this app about a news story & click on it, it opens the app to the home page but not the article it just notified me about.. very sloppy app that needs better devs.

Everytime they change their app it gets worse. If you click on a headline it does not take you to it, especially traffic and it's nowhere to be found. Never updates on where dui check points are on the app. Incorrect news stories on their headlines..... I have written them over issues in the past and was told wer can't fix the issue....hmmmm

the new update is an improvement. it's nice that the articles dont repeat themselves now. went a little over the top still. the layout is a little chaotic. the article links and backgrounds are a little garish, but hey...progress is progress. Edited

This new update 5/1/19 is absolutely HORRIBLE! You can't even hit "back" to close the app - I have to force close the app. Plus I have all the notifications turned off, yet you still push notifications. And this new "theme" that WTOL came up with recently for its newscasts and website is a step back, not as professional looking.
